2. What Data We Collect and Why

a) When You Create an Account

We collect your name, email address, and a password (encrypted). This data is necessary to provide you with a user account and to manage your listings. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Payment details such as your card number are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and are never stored on our servers. We receive only confirmation of a successful or failed payment. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for technical operation and security purposes and is deleted after 7 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings on our website. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
